The phrase reaches past surfing, to the way time in the ocean quiets the noise and returns a person to themselves. Set in tall condensed letters, each print is pulled by hand in Silva's Kona studio with hand-blended ink, so the blue shifts in tone across the sheet and no two prints are exactly alike.

Jackie Rey’s and the Donkey Mill Art Center are excited to partner in presenting rotating exhibitions featuring Hawaiʻi Island artists.
